Manager Experience Strategy

  • Doen van kwantitatief en kwalitatief klantonderzoek en het doorontwikkelen van het CX meethuis.
  • In staat stellen van de organisatie om klantinzichten te gebruiken om de juiste verbeteringen te identificeren die nodig zijn om de klantervaring te verbeteren.
  • Proactief adviseren over mogelijke verbeteringen die de klantervaring verbeteren.
  • (Door)ontwikkelen van de CX Way of Working, inclusief toolkit.
  • Implementeren en faciliteren van de CX Way of Working.
  • Regie voeren over Net Promotor Score (NPS) en Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) KPI.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor de internationale CX community binnen EON.

  • Bovenal heb je een ‘customer centric’ hart
WO werk- en denkniveau en ruimschoots relevante (leidinggevende) werkervaring Expertise in customer experience (CCXP), CX KPI’s en Agile Skills om de CX strategie te vertalen naar tactisch en operationeel niveau Sterke affiniteit met data

De kans om vanuit jouw expertise bij te dragen aan de energietransitie in Nederland Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €5.510 en €7.873. Een flexibel benefit budget dat je maandelijks naar wens opspaart, laat uitbetalen of inzet voor verlof. Dit budget is opgebouwd uit de waarde van: 8% vakantiegeld, 1,8% benefit bijdrage en 10 bovenwettelijke vrije dagen. Een bonus van 10% om onze waardering nog meer uit te spreken. De mogelijkheid om hybride te werken, maar dan ook echt. Jij bepaalt waar je werkt, iedere dag weer. Liever een workation? 20 dagen per jaar mag je vanuit een ander land binnen Europa werken. Korting op je energierekening én op alle energieproducten (zonnepanelen, warmtepomp, onderhoud etc.). Een prachtig hoofdkantoor op loopafstand van Centraal Station Den Bosch met o.a. een goede koffiebar, twee bedrijfsrestaurants en gratis vers fruit. Een NS Business Card voor woon-werkverkeer of een kilometervergoeding. Jij bepaalt. Ontwikkel- en doorgroeimogelijkheden en een bijbehorend persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van €500 per jaar. Ook functiegerelateerde opleidingen, trainingen en cursussen volg je op onze kosten. Internationale ambitie?
