De Programme Support Officer voor het US Defense programma ondersteunt de Programme Manager in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van het F35 programma. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning op activiteiten die verband houden met de administratie, controle, monitoring en rapportage in nauwe samenwerking met de US Defense stakeholders. In deze rol vind je ook veel projectmatige werkzaamheden, wat maakt dat we op zoek zijn naar iemand met projectmatige ervaring. Deze rol is een goede doorgroeimogelijkheid naar een rol als Programme Manager. Jouw werkzaamheden & verantwoordelijkheden
- Je controleert en bewaakt de voortgang, scope , kosten, resource management van de programma's.
- Je bereidt de customer outlook voor en onderhoudt deze voor budgetteringsdoeleinden.
- Je bereidt de vraag voor operatie en supply-chain voor, inclusief KPI’s en handshakes.
- Je bereidt de programma performance voor, bewaakt ze, analyseert en rapporteert ze en stuurt bij in geval van afwijkingen.
- Je initieert verbeteringen/herstel van levering en kwaliteit op basis van Customer Scorecards en Delivery Schedule Adherence (DSA).
- Je rapporteert over Risk and Opportunity Management en beheert het Risk register om risico’s te mitigeren.
- Je zorgt voor robuust documentbeheer in het programma team en richting de klant.
- Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen, coördineren en opleveren van change proposals op verzoek van de klant.
- Je beoordeeld contracten met de Commercial Officer en/of Commercial Manager om kennis in offertes en standaard voorwaardes te verschaffen.
- Je helpt bij het opstellen van kostenramingen, business cases en verkoopprijzen.
- Je voert indien nodig andere gerelateerde taken uit zoals de coördinatie van reparatie- en reworkactiviteiten in opdracht van de klant.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Minimaal Bachelor werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een afgeronde HBO opleiding.
- Aantoonbare projectmatige ervaring binnen een productiebedrijf.
- Gedrevenheid en energie, het vermogen om het team constructief te beïnvloeden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, in staat om van communicatiestijl te veranderen afhankelijk van de stakeholders en situatie.
- Actiebereidheid, onderscheid kunnen maken tussen belangrijk en minder belangrijk en urgent versus minder urgent.
- Klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om je collega's dezelfde focus te geven. Het vermogen om mensen te beïnvloeden, vertrouwen en werkrelaties op te bouwen binnen een internationale organisatie.
- Een goede vaardigheid in Microsoft Office-toepassingen.
- Vaardig in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, gesproken en geschreven.
