Werken op onze moderne Intensive Care (IC) is elke dag weer een boeiende uitdaging. Onze open cultuur en spirit creëren een fijne en ondersteunende werkplek voor iedereen. Binnen ons team van IC-verpleegkundigen, practitioners en intensivisten hebben we een sterke samenwerking. We bieden kansen om je te specialiseren als ventilation-, renal- of circulation practitioner. Ons IC-team bestaat uitgespecialiseerde IC-verpleegkundigen, IC-verpleegkundigen in opleiding, secretaresses, een datamanager, kwaliteitsmedewerker en een team van intensivisten en arts-assistenten.

Onze IC beschikt over 12 IC-bedden, elk uitgerust met beademingsapparatuur, en biedt 3 CVVHD-mogelijkheden. We hebben alle state-of-the-art bewakings- en behandelopties in huis.

Als ervaren IC-verpleegkundige weet je precies wat er van je wordt verwacht. In een multidisciplinaire setting leid jij de zorg voor de patiënt in goede banen. Je neemt deel aan onze halfjaarlijkse scenariotrainingen, wat je helpt om scherp te blijven en samen met je team effectief te handelen. Je participeert actief in ons reanimatie- en SIT-team en speelt een sleutelrol bij de begeleiding van IC-verpleegkundigen in opleiding. Hierdoor draag je bij aan een hoog slagingspercentage en deel je je kennis en ervaring met de volgende generatie zorgprofessionals. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij diverse aandachtsgebieden zoals VIM, protocollen, HKM en SIT-reanimatie, waarbij je een bijdrage levert aan de kwaliteitszorg en protocollen op de afdeling.

Jij bent nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail, wat essentieel is in de hectische omgeving van de IC. Flexibiliteit en daadkracht kenmerken jouw aanpak, waardoor je uitstekend kunt inspelen op acute situaties. Je bent betrouwbaar en eerlijk, en je staat bekend om je geloofwaardigheid en consequentheid.
