Deze rol is n ontworpen voor een administratieve topper, die goed is in schrijven en enthousiast wordt bij de gedachte om de bestaande gebruikershandleidingen te optimaliseren en ook in staat is om nieuwe gebruikershandleidingen te schrijven.

Onze klant levert al ruim 45 jaar professionele horeca-apparatuur door middel van hun eigen merk. Ze exporteren inmiddels naar meer dan 55 landen.

Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je optimaliseert bestaande gebruikershandleidingen.
  • Je stelt nieuwe gebruikershandleidingen op.
  • Je verzamelt product specificaties.
  • Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met de Inkopers, want zij hebben het contact met de fabrikanten.
  • Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met de Technische Dienst, want de technische informatie komt bij hen vandaan en zij kunnen de werking laten zien van de machines.
  • Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met de Vertalers, want zij zetten alle tekst om in de gewenste talen.
  • Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met de Technisch tekenaar, want hij maakt inzichtelijk wat de klant nodig heeft bij een klacht.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het programma Multivers (Exact), want dit is het programma waarmee je gaat werken.
  • Je volgt aangegeven prioriteiten op van de Teamlead.

De persoon die wij zoeken:

  • Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
  • Heeft ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
  • Heeft minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Is beschikbaar voor 24 - 32 uur per week.

Verder:

  • Heb je een proactieve instelling en weet je van aanpakken.
  • Werk je erg nauwkeurig.
  • Ben je teamgericht ingesteld, met een natuurlijke neiging om collega's te assisteren bij (technische) vraagstukken en actief mee te denken in mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Vind je het prettig om zelfstandig en geordend te werken.

Dit krijg je ervoor terug:

  • Maandelijks salaris tussen € 2.500,00 en € 3.500,00, afhankelijk van je ervaring.
  • Jaarlijkse algemene bedrijfsprestatie bonus.
  • 25 vakantiedagen.
  • Goede pensioenregeling.
  • Vakantiegeld (8%).
  • Kilometervergoeding van € 0,19 per kilometer.
