Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Field based

As an Area Sales Manager, you will focus on driving the growth and reach of our client's Ostomy product range. You will join a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the team's success by implementing strategic sales initiatives.
Our client, a global leader in the medical device industry, is committed to making a difference in three critical therapeutic areas: Ostomy, Respiratory, and Surgical. With over 700 colleagues across three manufacturing sites and 12 sales and distribution centers, they are experiencing consistent year-on-year growth and success. To support their ongoing expansion, particularly in their respiratory team, they are seeking an Area Sales Manager for their Ostomy product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Fluency in Dutch.
- A clinical background is preferred but not essential.
