Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction: provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries about products, services, and technical support.
- Subscription management: engage with customers to renew subscriptions, promote additional services, and gather feedback.
- Order processing: accurately input sales orders and process payments, assisting with service activation.
- Data integrity: ensure the accuracy and currency of client accounts within our database management systems.
- Technical troubleshooting: address basic service activation and operation issues, offering reliable solutions.
