Ben jij een strategisch leider met een passie voor het transformeren van de financiële sector? Gedij je in complexe omgevingen en wil je impactvolle veranderingen doorvoeren? Wij zijn op zoek naar een (Senior) Manager met expertise in Banking & Capital Markets om het dynamische team van onze klant te versterken en aan innovatieve projecten bij toonaangevende financiële instellingen te werken.

Het gaat om een dynamisch consultancy bureau met de focus op innovatie en groei in de financiële sector. Het team bestaat uit gepassioneerde professionals die samenwerken om waarde te creëren voor de klanten en hen te helpen slagen in een concurrerende omgeving.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Leiding geven aan grootschalige transformatieprojecten gericht op digitale innovatie, compliance en operationele verbetering.
  • Teams begeleiden en inspireren terwijl je uitstekende resultaten levert voor klanten.
  • Strategieën ontwikkelen en uitvoeren op het gebied van groei, duurzaamheid en risicobeheer.
  • Klantrelaties opbouwen en nauw samenwerken met belangrijke stakeholders.

Vereisten:

  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in Financial Services of Consultancy, met een bewezen staat van dienst in het leveren van transformatieprojecten bij banken.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps- en teamontwikkelingsvaardigheden.
  • Diepgaande kennis van de Nederlandse financiële markt en de regelgeving.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
