About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and results-driven Project Manager to join a key client of mine with 300k+ specializing in manufacturing. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of global projects within manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and production personnel, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive project reports.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven success as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively influence and motivate teams.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
