Wat ga je doen?

Als Solution Engineer bij Scarabee speel je een cruciale rol in het ontwerpen en beheren van geavanceerde systemen voor onze klanten en ben je de technische spil in het web die ervoor zorgt dat alles klopt – van de functionele vereisten tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Sales, Projectmanagement, Engineering, IT en Supply Chain. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze oplossingen niet alleen technisch perfect zijn, maar ook volledig aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant.

Met jouw expertise en inzicht draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en zorg je ervoor dat onze projecten soepel en efficiënt verlopen. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Commercieel Directeur en ben je onderdeel van de afdeling Commerce.

Jouw belangrijkste taken

Analyse & specificatie

  • Je vertaalt klantspecificaties naar functionele vereisten en stelt een helder plan op.
  • Je configureert oplossingen aan de hand van onze productcatalogus en projectspecifieke vereisten.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding en beoordeling van offertevereisten.

Ontwerp & architectuur

  • Je maakt een overzicht van het systeem en ontwerpt de lay-out voor stroom- en netwerkinfrastructuur.
  • Je verzamelt en documenteert technische productinformatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het ontwerp voldoet aan alle project- en klantvereisten.

Integratie & realisatie

  • Je controleert of ontwerpen aansluiten op onze standaarden en eisen.
  • Je deelt productiepakketten met Supply Chain, Logistiek en Projectmanagement.
  • Je zorgt voor een naadloze overdracht naar de productie- en serviceteams.

Uitvoering & documentatie

  • Je adviseert over productieplanning en bewaakt belangrijke mijlpalen.
  • Je stelt technische documentatie op en beheert labels en stickers voor componenten.
  • Je bent betrokken bij het installatieproces en ondersteunt bij de analyse van de prestaties.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een hbo- of wo-diploma in Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als Solution Engineer, bij voorkeur in een technische of OEM-productieomgeving.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met systeemontwerp en netwerkindelingen.
  • Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
