Team Manager Software Engineering binnen Hightech Organisatie
De functieDe software-engineeringafdeling binnen het bedrijf werkt aan de ontwikkeling van veiligheidssystemen voor realtime toepassingen. Als Teammanager stuur je een team van 25-35 software-engineers aan die werken volgens agile methodieken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het team de projectdoelen haalt door kwaliteit en innovatie te waarborgen. Je richt je op de verdere ontwikkeling van teamkennis en de persoonlijke groei van medewerkers, waarbij je zorgt dat de prestaties van het team altijd in lijn blijven met de strategische bedrijfsdoelen.
Jouw rol
Als Teammanager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter je team. Je ondersteunt en inspireert je medewerkers, en creëert een werkomgeving waarin ze op basis van hun waarden en verantwoordelijkheden kunnen werken. Je verbindt mensen, stemt de doelen van je team af op de organisatie en stimuleert communicatie om het maximale uit je team te halen. Je zorgt voor een balans tussen technische ontwikkeling en leiderschap en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van zowel strategische als operationele doelstellingen van de organisatie.

De organisatie is op zoek naar een leider die gedreven is door people management en het behalen van resultaten. Je combineert analytisch vermogen met creativiteit en een pragmatische benadering van probleemoplossing. Je beschikt over:
- Ervaring in leiderschap binnen een hightech omgeving
- Het vermogen om sterke teams op te bouwen en medewerkers te ontwikkelen
- Vaardigheid in actief luisteren en het bereiken van consensus
- Een sterke betrokkenheid bij het succes van de organisatie
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Een relevante academische achtergrond (BSc of MSc)
