Location Hengelo, Netherlands
Are you ready to lead and inspire in a high-tech environment focused on critical, real-time software solutions? Our client, a global leader in advanced safety and security technologies, is seeking a dedicated Team Manager - Software Engineering to join their Naval Applications Engineering department in Hengelo.
As the Team Manager of Software Engineering, you'll helm a diverse team of 25-35 skilled software engineers, all working in agile, scrum, and SAFe environments to develop safety-critical software. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, performance, and alignment of one of our client's core product segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performance team with a focus on continuous improvement
- Support team members in meeting project objectives related to customer value, quality, time, and budget
- Collaborate within the management team to contribute to strategic planning and process improvements
Requirement:

- Proven management experience in a high-tech field
- A BSc or MSc degree, with strong communication skills in English
