De functieBen jij een ervaren leider met een passie voor softwareontwikkeling en het begeleiden van teams in een hightech omgeving? Voor Thales in Hengelo zijn we op zoek naar een Teammanager Software Engineering die onze software engineers inspireert en helpt om oplossingen te ontwikkelen die bijdragen aan veiligheid en innovatie op wereldniveau.
Wat ga je doen? Als Teammanager Software Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van 25-35 software engineers (junior, medior en senior), die werken aan veiligheidskritische realtime systemen. Je ondersteunt en coacht je team volgens de Agile, Scrum en SAFe-methodologieën, met als doel het leveren van hoogwaardige softwareoplossingen die voldoen aan de eisen van de klant op het gebied van tijd, kwaliteit en budget.
Je focus ligt op:
- Teamontwikkeling: Je begeleidt en stimuleert je teamleden in hun persoonlijke en professionele groei.
- Prestatiebeheer: Je zorgt ervoor dat projectdoelstellingen worden gehaald en dat je team continu de operationele prestaties verbetert.
- Strategie en procesverbetering: Je draagt actief bij aan de strategische plannen en initiatieven voor procesverbetering binnen de softwareafdeling.
