Job Description: Internal Sales Representative

Position: Internal Sales Representative

Department: Sales

Location: IEO Transformer, Breda NL

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Internal Sales Representative is responsible for managing the inquiry stage, processing offers, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery follow-ups. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inquiry Stage & Offer Management:
  • Generate offer numbers for incoming inquiries.
  • Create and manage offers, ensuring they are accurately documented in SAP.
  • Attach all relevant offers to SAP for tracking and reference.
  • Order Processing & Data Management:
  • Check all incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Input order details into SAP and Zoho.
  • Update and maintain relevant internal systems to reflect accurate data.
  • Customer Communication & Coordination:
  • Manage customer day-to-day communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide updates on order status and expected delivery timelines.
  • Delivery & Follow-up:
  • Track and follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely execution.
  • Communicate any potential delays or issues to customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, order processing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Zoho (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with the transformer or electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
