Onze klant zoekt een ervaren en hands-on AP Lead om het Accounts Payable-team (2) tijdelijk te ondersteunen en aan te sturen met de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Deze rol combineert operationele werkzaamheden met projectondersteuning, waaronder de voorbereidingen voor een nieuw systeem implementatie. De ideale kandidaat is flexibel, operationeel sterk, en in staat om zowel het team te begeleiden als zelf actief mee te werken aan AP-processen.

  • Leidinggeven aan het AP-team, met dagelijkse ondersteuning en begeleiding.
  • Uitvoeren en beheren van operationele AP-taken, met oog voor nauwkeurigheid en tijdige afhandeling.
  • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van de implementatie van Coupa binnen de AP-processen.
  • Achterstande controleren en juiste opvolging geven
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en flexibiliteit bieden qua werktijden en thuiswerken (tot 3 dagen per week).
