Join usResponsibilitiesBank of America's Benelux team (within the Investment Banking Division) is looking for an experienced junior banker to join the team (2 to 5 years of experience).Key competencies in the candidate would include great attitude / work ethic, strong technical and financial modelling capabilities, ability to work independently/limited guidance, leadership and teamwork, strong communication skills, etc.More specifically, the day to day role will include:Assistteams of professionals across the bank, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm, and colleagues around the globeWork closely with clients, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks to execute transactions and build relationshipsActively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying valuation, financial and deal structuring analysesResearch on companies and industries and support on client initiatives including generating and developing new ideas to presentProvide support in maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence and diligently managing other related processesThe TeamBank of America is one of the leading Investment Banks in the Benelux and is consistently ranked in the top 3 for all Investment Banking products in the region.The Benelux team consists of approximately 15 professionals from analysts to managing director covering all sectors and all investment banking products (mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and leveraged finance).
