  • Je bent in control. Doelen zijn er om behaald te worden, daar zorg jij wel voor. Je delegeert, houdt overzicht en plant realistisch.
  • Je vindt altijd een oplossing. Jij rent niet weg voor problemen. Sterker nog: je onderzoekt ze grondig. Je legt de juiste verbanden en zoekt naar mogelijke oorzaken. 'Eerst denken, dan doen' is jouw motto.

Jouw baan

Als 1e-lijns Engineer Tech Services ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor incidenten van onze zakelijke klant in het midden- en kleinbedrijf (MKB). Klanten contacteren ons telefonisch, per mail of chat. De klanten nemen bij ons vaste internetoplossingen af, zoals Zakelijk Internet Pro, waarbij er korte oplostijden worden gehanteerd. Jouw rol beslaat het maken van een heldere analyse van het issue. Wanneer je met jouw technisch advies het probleem van de klant niet krijgt opgelost, maak je een ticket aan. Met jouw ticket gaat vervolgens de 2e-lijns Technical Support of Technician aan de slag.

Jij gaat ervoor, elke werkdag weer. Voor je plezier én voor de volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Een fulltime baan bij VodafoneZiggo kun je al uitoefenen vanaf 32 uur. De keuze is aan jou. Op basis van 40 uur, ontvang je:

Dit breng jij mee

Jij bent nieuwsgierig aangelegd, hebt technische affiniteit, bent de persoon die thuis en bij vrienden altijd graag het internet aansluit, gaat mee in een dynamische werkomgeving, leest graag op Tech forums en/of bent een persoon die IT-kennis wilt blijven door ontwikkelen met behulp van de tools die VodafoneZiggo hiervoor aanbiedt 

  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift 
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week 
  • Je bent beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 8.00 en 19.00 
  • Je hebt minimaal MBO 3 werk-denk niveau
