Accounts Payable Clerk (Snr)


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice Processing: Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of vendor invoices, leveraging SAP to maintain smooth operations.
  2. Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary contact for vendor-related queries, facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.
  3. Support the Accounts Payables Team: Assist with daily tasks and operational support for the AP team, contributing to process optimization.
  4. Problem Resolution: Analyse and resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies, addressing the root cause to maintain accuracy and compliance. (Purchase to Pay)
  5. Tax Management: Oversee the creation of tax payments and ensure proper management of tax balance accounts in line with company policies.


Job requirements:

  1. Experience:- At least 4 years of experience as Senior Accounts Payable in a large and global technical business a MUST
  2. Purchase to pay and SAP are a MUST.
  3. Vendor Management: Ability to manage relationships with international vendors, ensuring smooth invoicing and resolving any arising issues.
  4. Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve accounts payable issues, with strong communication skills in English to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders and colleagues globally.
  5. Attention to Detail: A practical, meticulous approach to your work, managing deadlines and ensuring accuracy in all tasks related to financial documentation.
