Urban Gym Group is looking for a Medior Paid Social Specialist to help grow our brands and inspire more people to embrace an active lifestyle through powerful campaigns. This is your sign to join our growing performance marketing team

As our Paid Social Specialist, you'll play a key role in scaling and optimizing our Meta and TikTok ad campaigns. You'll develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, drive membership growth, and maximize ROI. Working alongside our Google Ads Specialist and Paid Social Specialist, you'll help shape the future of our performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads to drive business growth.
  • Develop paid social strategies, leveraging creative testing, audience targeting, and data-driven insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends to keep our campaigns competitive.

Key skills

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in A/B testing, creative optimization, and budget allocation.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Ability to work with Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other reporting tools
  • Creative mindset to collaborate on engaging ad content
