Paid Media Executive (03 2025 NL):

De paid media specialist die wij zoeken zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van paid media strategie en executie om acquisitie, engagement en omzetgroei te stimuleren. De rol vereist een grondig begrip van digital advertising om optimale campagneprestaties te behalen. De ideale kandidaat heft een sterke achtergrond in digital marketing, met een focus op het beheren van paid media campagnes.

Strategieontwikkeling:

Creëer en implementeer paid media campagnes op verschillende platforms (zoals Google ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic).

Identificeer kansen in paid media om de zichtbaarheid en vindbaarheid van ons merk en proposities te verbeteren.

Zorg ervoor dat alle betaalde media -inspanningen zijn afgestemd op onze marketing communicatiestrategie.

Campagne management:

Houd toezicht op de planning, uitvoering en optimalisatie van betaalde mediacampagnes, inclusief budgetbeheer, targeting, creatieve ontwikkeling en A/B -testen.

Monitor campagneprestaties, waarbij data driven beslissingen worden genomen om ROI te verbeteren en targets te halen.

Samenwerken met interne teams om relevant ads te ontwikkelen en landingspagina's te optimaliseren om conversie ratio te verbeteren.

Analytics & Reporting:

Analyseer campagnegegevens om bruikbare inzichten en aanbevelingen te genereren voor continue optimalisatie.

Rapporteer over de prestaties van paid mediacampagnes, benadruk successen, uitdagingen en optimalisatiegebieden.

Verzorg inzichten voor interne stakeholders, inclusief senior management.

Budgetbeheer:

Beheer en rapporteur over het paid mediabudget, CPO, CPA en zorg voor een efficiënte besteding en ROI.

Samenwerking en leiderschap:

Werk nauw samen met cross-functionele teams (nationaal en internationaal), inclusief product, marketing en sales, om bredere bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunen.

Ervaring:

Minimaal 4-6 jaar ervaring in paid mediamanagement.

Ervaring met het werken bij of aansturen van digital agencies is een pluspunt.

Begrip van de mobiele telecommunicatie branche, inclusief consumentengedrag en digitale trends, is een pluspunt.

Bewezen track record van het beheren van grootschalige betaalde mediacampagnes met substantiële budgetten en het behalen van resultaten.

Technische vaardigheden:

Expertise in paid advertentieplatforms zoals Google Ads en Meta / Facebook -ads.

Bekwaam in analytics tool zoals Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Datorama.

Ervaring met display en programmatic advertising, A/B -testen en CRM- en marketingautomatiseringsplatforms is een pluspunt.

Zachte vaardigheden:

Uitstekende communicatie, onderhandeling en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.

Sterke projectmanagement vaardigheden met een focus op detail en deadlines.

Je functioneert goed in een snel bewegende omgeving waarin je meerdere activiteiten tegelijkertijd beheert.

Proactief, resultaatgericht en in staat om zowel onafhankelijk als onderdeel van een team te werken.
