United by a shared vision of excellence, the BYD team is focused on creating a sustainable and customer-centric future in the automotive world.About the roleAs an experienced Content Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering audiovisual and digital content with a strong emphasis on graphic design, video production, and content creation.Via your close support and collaboration with paid media, social media, sales and network teams, you will play a key role in building a strong, consistent, and sustainable brand presence for BYD in the Netherlands and across the Benelux region. You will report directly to the PR & Marketing Manager.Main Responsibilities:Hands-on in designing and producing high-quality graphic and video content (from concept, shooting, editing to final delivery) for campaigns, digital channels, internal communication, and dealer requests.Drive the end-to-end content process — from ideation to execution and distribution — ensuring messages are consistent, creative, and impactful across digital, print, and OOH touchpoints.Work closely with the Paid Media, Social Media, and Dealer Marketing teams to ensure creative assets meet commercial needs while safeguarding BYD’s brand image.Coordinate with agencies and production partners when needed, managing deadlines and budgets, while keeping strong in-house creative execution as the core.Track and analyze content performance in collaboration with digital colleagues and translate insights into creative improvements that drive engagement and conversion.Guarantee that all creative outputs align with BYD’s brand guidelines, quality standards, and local regulations.Your Profile:5 years of hands-on experience in creating and delivering audiovisual and digital content (graphic design, video shooting & editing, content production), ideally with exposure to event, creative, or digital agencies.Strong command of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, CMS, etc.), with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and execution excellence.Proven ability to manage end-to-end content projects — from concept development to final distribution — meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.Solid understanding of digital marketing and content trends in the Dutch market.Excellent writing and editing skills in Dutch and English, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (media, social, dealer marketing) and managing external suppliers or agencies when needed.Analytical mindset: able to interpret content performance data and translate insights into creative improvements.A self-starter, adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly evolving environment.We offerAn exciting opportunity to drive the transition of zero-emission transportation and economic decarbonization in a fast-growing company that represents leading technology in sustainability solutions.Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration package.International learning opportunities, team building, and various exciting events for special days and milestones.25 days of annual holiday allowance with the option of acquiring an additional 5 days.About BYD GroupEstablished in November 1994, BYD Group is a leading multi-sector high-tech company focused on innovation and development in automobiles, rail transit, renewable energy, and electronics.Committed to fulfilling a better life through technological innovations, BYD Group leverages a robust network of over 40 subsidiaries, with over 1,000,000 employees of nearly 110,000 engineers worldwide in over 400 cities of 79 countries, actively driving the implementation of comprehensive zero-emission and emission reduction solutions.
