Who are you

Are you in search of a dynamic and diverse position in the logistics industry? GLS is seeking enthusiastic individuals available to work early mornings, from 04:00 to 08:30 am. This role requires a commitment of 18 to 22.5 hours per week. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work, then don't hesitate to apply.

  • Capable of lifting packages weighing up to 20 kg
  • Demonstrates precision and efficiency in work
  • Enjoys being physically active during work
  • Driver's license preferred but not mandatory
What will you do

As a logistics employee at GLS, your primary responsibility involves sorting packages efficiently. Every day, trucks loaded with packages arrive at the main facility in Utrecht. You and your team are tasked with the loading and unloading of these trucks. Subsequently, the packages need to be sorted based on postal codes. Utilizing a conveyor belt and hand scanner, packages are directed to their respective departments for further processing. Once sorted, the packages are dispatched with the drivers for delivery. This role involves handling packages weighing up to 20 kilograms.

Where will you work

At GLS Zwolle, you will be part of a dedicated team overseeing the entire package processing cycle. The warehouses manage package distribution for the northeastern region of the Netherlands. As a member of this team, you play a crucial role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of packages to customers.
