Our Planning team is in search of an individual to take charge of the planning for a specific category. This will involve gathering necessary information from internal stakeholders and utilizing available tools (SAP-IBP & PBI) to develop and synchronize the demand forecast.

The forecast is then utilized by Supply Planning and Finances to aid in the decision-making process throughout Danone. From a Supply Planning perspective, this position ensures the appropriate supply of finished goods and inventories to meet customer needs completely while minimizing write-off expenses.

You will thrive with strong analytical skills and effective communication to drive the business's growth, converting available data into a dependable and precise forecast for your product portfolio.

Ongoing scrutiny of sales performance and tracking customer tendencies to provide forecast suggestions and reduce risks of stockouts and write-offs.

  • Contribute to enhancing the GPS (Global Planning System) by delivering insights and assessments on volume trends used for CBU financial reporting
  • Collaborate with factories on aspects like demand fluctuations, production scheduling, inventory configurations, and other corrective or proactive plans.
  • You are a team-oriented professional capable of engaging with various departments and excelling in stakeholder management. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related fields;
  • Prior work experience in a Demand planning role in the food, pharma, or medical sector with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and PBI

Languages:
Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
