Je toekomstige job

Als DC-manager kom je te werken in het gloednieuwe distributiecentrum in Ede en bent hoofdverantwoordelijk voor het distributiecentrum. Dit DC is in maart 2023 geopend.

Wat ga je doen als RDC-manager?
- Je geeft leiding en bent verantwoordelijk voor alle medewerkers in het distributiecentrum
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de serviceverlening van het DC aan de klant en aan de andere filialen.
- Samen met je team zorg je voor het realiseren van de gestelde doelstellingen
- Je coördineert proactief de dagelijkse activiteiten van je team
- Je beheert, analyseert en optimaliseert alle transport processen en werkt constant aan verbeteringsprocessen ondersteund door LEAN-methoden
- Je analyseert maandelijkse P&L's en controleert de kosten
- Je implementeert en onderhoudt QSHE-beleid zoals 5S en Duurzaamheidsbeleid
- Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager

Wat vragen wij van jou als RDC-manager?
- Jij weet alles van warehousing en transport
- Je bent een People manager en helpt graag bij aan de ontwikkeling van je collega's
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van teams
- Jij ziet kansen en hebt overal een oplossing voor
- Je hebt een pragmatische mindset
- Je denkt analytisch en gaat altijd gestructureerd aan de slag
- Jij bent pro prioriteiten stellen
- Je voelt je thuis in een hands-on bedrijf
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma (of werkniveau) of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring
- Pré: Je hebt ervaring met SAP en/of SAP EWM
