As a Project Manager, you will:

• Organize and oversee the implementation of processes in various departments.
• Provide overall support to the program management team.
• Aid in preparing and coordinating project documentation.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute communication strategies for the program.
• Arrange and lead meetings, as well as participate in work sessions to document agreements, actions, risks, and decisions.
• Assist in drafting progress reports.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement with the program manager and project leaders.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of stakeholder management experience, with the ability to handle differing viewpoints and facilitate collaborative resolutions.
• Proactive and dynamic approach.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting the preparation and coordination of project documents.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing communication strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and preparing meetings and attending work sessions to document agreements, actions, risks, and decisions.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and precise.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in the energy industry and understanding of the grid operator role is a plus.
• Effective communication skills in Dutch and English.
