As a Project Manger, you will:

• Organize and facilitate the implementation of processes in various departments.
  
• Provide general support to the program management team.
  
• Support in preparing and coordinating project documents.
  
• Develop, coordinate, and implement communication strategies for the program.
  
• Plan and prepare meetings, as well as attend work sessions to document agreements, actions, risks, and decisions.
  
• Assist in preparing progress reports.
  
• Identify improvement opportunities with the program manager and project leaders.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to manage differing opinions and facilitate collaborative solutions.
  
• Proactive and dynamic approach.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting the preparation and coordination of project documents.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing communication strategies.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in planning and preparing meetings and attending work sessions to record agreements, actions, risks, and decisions.
  
• Results-oriented, flexible, and accurate.
  
• Analytically strong and pragmatic.
  
• Demonstrable experience in the energy industry and understanding of the grid operator role is an advantage.
  
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
