We are currently recruiting for a Customer Onboarding Specialist e-Commerce Fulfillment for a new product created and driven by a single purpose - to help small and mid-sized e-commerce businesses scale by offering technology-driven fulfillment solutions that enable business founders to devote more time on other things that matter in their businesses. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist e-Commerce Fulfillment, you will be the one who makes sure the customer has the first moment of success with our product. The moment you come in is the moment the customer decides to sign up for our service. You will have to ensure that the customer's expectations are met and that the customer feels comfortable using the product from the first moment. In a nutshell, the main goal of a Customer Onboarding Specialist is to take over the customer from the Business Development Manager and get it to the activation point from where it can be handled by the operations. Additionally, this role supports the customer acquisition process, through actively supporting the BDM's in the customers' assessment process. This exciting role is hybrid based at our site in Venray, Netherlands and reports directly to the Site Director.

About The Role - How You Will Contribute:

  • Managing the customer onboarding process until their activation point;
  • Helping customers with successful implementation – assisting the customers in setting up connections and required process configuration;
  • Solving technical problems – fixing any issue arising with the customer onboarding tasks to the extensive technical knowledge about the product;
  • Ensuring that all clients are provided with proper training on the company's service;
  • Educating the customers for immediate success while providing key pointers and contextual knowledge;
  • Collecting and acting on customer feedback – collecting data and improving the onboarding process to make it more efficient;
  • Reviewing client applications to determine which applicants meet the criteria of the service offering;
  • Overseeing customer account setup and implementation, as well as offering product demos;
  • Solving customer queries, issues and dealing with customer requirements in a timely manner;
  • Implementing and managing onboarding tools in order to provide correct analystics and insights throughout the entire customer onboarding process.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful experience within a similar position in a related industry and B2C e-commerce fulfillment;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent is strongly preferred;
  • A strong track record in project management. It is essential to have effective organizational and time management skills while working with the onboarding team, different customers, and other stakeholders. To meet customer needs, you must be able to jump between different projects running simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must-have in order to share accurate information about the services and features (interactive walk-throughs, product tours, etc.) and provide clear and accurate responses to user feedback. Empathy end patience are key personality traits in this process.
  • Full professional working proficiency in English and Dutch language is required, German language proficiency is a plus;
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of e-commerce fulfillment with advanced market knowledge, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior in order to enhance or adapt our process when needed;
  • Good problem-solving skills, being able to address technical problems and finding the appropriate stakeholders and solutions to have issues resolved;
  • Adaptable & proactive personality who can prioritize, quickly adapt to changing conditions and take care of execution of different projects and operations;
  • Based and authorized to work in the Netherlands with the ability to work on-site in Venray for 50% of the time, and with regular business travel to other locations in the Europe region (possession of a driver's license and car is strongly desired).
