Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je stageperiode ondersteun je onze Compensation & Benefits Leader in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wat het écht leuk en zeer leerzaam maakt, is dat je ook meedraait in de verschillende internationale projecten die wij als team samen oppakken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de uitrol van een Internationaal bonus plan, een Compensation & verder implementeren van onze Benefits Strategie of het neerzetten van een functiehuis in een van onze landen in Europa. Samen kijken we welke projecten het beste bij jou passen. Je krijgt bij ons alle ruimte om met jouw energie en enthousiasme alles uit jouw stageperiode te halen Naast een leerzame periode binnen ons Global HR team krijg je ook de kans je op andere vlakken te ontwikkelen en gebruik te maken van onze Mediq Learning Academy.

Wat breng je mee?

Minimaal 3e jaars of 4e jaars HBO/WO student Studierichting (commerciële) economie, bedrijfskunde, en andere richtingen waarvan jij denkt dat het goed bij deze stage kan passen Uiterlijk per september 2023 beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 maanden Goede beheersing van Excel Energiek, teamplayer, leergierig, analytisch Sterk in Engels in schrift en spraak

Wat biedt Mediq?

Bij Mediq bieden wij je een stageplek binnen een internationale speler in de medische wereld. Er is ruimte voor eigen initiatief en inzicht. De startdatum en werkdagen zijn wat ons betreft in overleg, bij voorkeur start je in het najaar van 2023. De stagevergoeding voor deze stageplaats bij Mediq is EUR 600,00 per maand.

Utrecht

Op ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht leggen we de basis voor de dienstverlening aan onze klanten. We hebben contact met klanten, zorgprofessionals, verzekeraars en leveranciers. Dagelijks helpen en informeren we vanuit Utrecht duizenden klanten. Met de grote afdeling Klantcontact is Utrecht het kloppend hart van onze organisatie. Utrecht is ook het (internationale) hoofdkantoor van Mediq. Hier vind je de groepsdirectie en internationale stafafdelingen zoals finance en IT. Tot slot vind je in Utrecht de directie van de Mediq Nederland-organisatie en de Nederlandse stafafdelingen zoals finance, HR, communicatie en kwaliteit. Leuk aan werken in Utrecht is dat je werkt op het hoofdkantoor van Mediq, waar alles bij elkaar komt. Je maakt hier kennis met ongeveer 500 medewerkers én alle aspecten van onze business.

HR

Ons HR-team telt ongeveer 20 bevlogen HR-professionals die op hun eigen manier bijdragen aan de groei van de organisatie door , organisatie- en leiderschapsontwikkeling, verandermanagement en strategische personeelsplanning.

De HR-afdeling bestaat uit de onderdelen Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, HR ServiceCenter en HR Business Partners. Belangrijke themas zijn de groei van de organisatie door optimalisatie van de sales- en marketingteams, organisatie- en leiderschapsontwikkeling, verandermanagement en strategische personeelsplanning.
