Job Description

  • Participate in project start-up meetings.
  • Familiarize yourself with all project details and specifications.
  • Responsible for organizing technical submittals and ensuring their timely approval.
  • Handle and oversee Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Supervise labor tracking.
  • Weekly maintenance of Progress Reports and management of any changes or variations.
  • Collaborate with main contractors and site-based client team.
  • Supervise coordination and delivery of project equipment.
  • Ensure availability of necessary materials for project completion.
  • Establish construction and commissioning schedules and execute the commission plan on-site.
  • Prepare biweekly/monthly snag lists and enhancements.
  • Lead K&M handover process and maintain Document Management System.
  • Develop project-specific schedules.
  • Conduct meetings with Sub Contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in general site meetings and address action points.
  • Communicate any innovative project-specific initiatives to Contracts Manager (R&D).

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar position.
  • Proven track record of successful delivery of large-scale projects.
  • Preferably holds a qualification in Construction/Project Management.
  • Experience in team supervision.
