Responsibilities:

  • After a proper period of training on the job and with the experience you have you support the forecast process and new product launches to ensure the continuous supply of our finished goods while optimizing costs, service levels and inventory.
  • You manage the MRP process and flows based on trends, deviations, KPI's, future state in order to identify optimization opportunities while complying with business requirements.
  • During this process you closely collaborate with your counterparts in Poland where our central team is situated and manage relationships with our local suppliers.
  • You are responsible for KPI reporting and support reporting for budget, cost control and process performance for ingredient and indirect material inventory management to guarantee the control of the operation.
  • In this role you ensure an efficient flow of accurate information by gathering and analyzing information in MRP process between different stakeholders to meet business strategic objectives and facilitate decision making process.
  • On a daily basis manage the ingredient coverage and follow up on open PO's from our suppliers in which you will closely collaborate with our Supply Chain Planning Executive.
  • You are responsible for daily reporting in our DDS (daily direction setting) where priorities are set and improvements are triggered.
  • You manage the BUBD (expire date) of our Ingredient stock to prevent LOGD (lost on goods destroyed) and ensure that the Supply Chain Planning Executive receives input timely to embed priorities into the production plan.
  • You are closely involved in new product launches where you are key player in ensuring needed actions on retrieval of ingredients are taken to perform test runs in production compliant to market needs.
  • Every month you report KPI's to our management team timely to meet business strategic objectives and facilitate decision making process.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum degree hbo-ad or hbo-bachelor level in Supply Chain or Procurement.
  • 1-5 years of experience in experience in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, analytical skills.
