Wat houdt deze rol in?

Als Sales Support Specialist ondersteun je actief het sales team en draag je bij aan het verbeteren van de sales processen. Je rapporteert aan de Director Business Development – Europe en werkt nauw samen met de Manager Business Development.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opzetten, onderhouden en verbeteren van documentatie voor het sales proces (presentaties, introductiebrieven, business case templates, offertes, contracten, prijslijsten).
  • Super user in Salesforce: bijhouden van rapportages en overzichten, ondersteunen bij het budget proces, sales performance rapportages.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor Marketing en Communicatie: integratie Lineage Europe in marketing en communicatie activiteiten.
  • Actieve ondersteuning van het sales team in het business development proces: identificeren en profileren van nieuwe klanten, beheer BeNeLux forecast sheet, administratieve ondersteuning bij lead generatie en aanbiedingen.
  • Proactieve coördinatie van de administratieve afhandeling voor bestaande klanten: contact onderhouden, klantcontracten beheren, facturatie proces ondersteunen, prijsaanvragen en klachten behandelen, jaarlijkse indexatie.

Wij zoeken een proactieve en professionele Sales Support Specialist met sterke analytische vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht. Je hebt affiniteit met marketing en bent in staat om klantbehoeften te vertalen naar oplossingen in samenwerking met de Director Business Development – Europe.

Essentiële en wenselijke vaardigheden:

  • MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Sterk in het gebruik van Excel, Word en PowerPoint.
  • Minimaal 2-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in supply chain of logistiek.
  • Verantwoordelijk, ambitieus, proactief en professioneel.
  • Flexibel en bereid om te reizen.
