They are seeking Windturbine Service Technicians to join their team in Zeeland, responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing wind turbines at various windparks. The majority of their clients operate Vestas, Senvion, and Enercon turbines.
The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, retrofits, emergency breakdown response, and major component exchanges across different turbine systems.
Collaboration is key at Deutsche Windtechnik, with opportunities to work with international colleagues, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Your Profile- Mid-level electrical education background
- Minimum of three years of industrial experience, preferably in wind farms or similar environments
- Experience with converters like GE and Woodward
- Proficiency in low and high voltage systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental practices
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with MS software and laptops
- Ability to work at heights and confined spaces
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel and work varying schedules
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines
- Collaborating with a team to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Replacing major turbine components
- Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Assisting in site operations and inspections
- Maintaining safety standards
- Completing necessary documentation
- Participating in on-call duties
- Adhering to customer site regulations
- Positive work environment in a sustainable, growing industry
