The life of a Sendcloud Digital Designer
We're building a creative dream team, and guess what? You could be our next standout Digital Designer At Sendcloud, you'll play a key role in defining and elevating our digital presence across the B2B landscape. Your creativity and hands-on approach will be crucial as you shape the future of our brands digital interactions.
Based in Eindhoven but open to talents from across Europe, this role requires you to use a wide range of creative skills to elevate our brand's digital presence. You'll work within our marketing demand capture team, and specialize in creating highly effective display & social ads with an extension to video marketing work. From static images and video cuts to small animations, your goal is to grab people's attention and drive action. Your work will not just be seen locally they will perform globally, driving results that directly impact our company's growth.
This creative role is tailored for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and scale-up environment, consistently delivering innovative and effective visual content. Key Responsibilities
Conversion-Driven Content: Use playbooks, brandbooks, style guides to develop a variety of digital assets - Increasing the user experience and boost conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel. Digital Assets: Engage in a variety of digital creative projects, including display ads, remarketing ads, landing pages, website design, email templates and short-form videos, ensuring alignment with the design system. Design System Innovation: Drive the implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement of our Sendcloud design system. Work together with other designers and creative team members to maintain and strengthen a cohesive design language that accurately represents the Sendcloud brand aesthetic. Collaboration: Work together with marketing and creative teams to align digital content with overall campaign objectives, and ensure all designs support unified brand messaging. Quality / Aesthetics: You have high visual standards and attention to detail, designing graphics that not only meet but exceed expectations. Data-Driven: Use a data-driven approach to continuously test and refine visual elements, maximizing their effectiveness and ROI. Brand Guardian: Act as a guardian of Sendclouds visual identity, ensuring that all of your creative outputs consistently reflect and enhance the brands aesthetic and quality standards. Agile 2-week sprints: Able to work efficiently on multiple projects at various stages of the design cycle, delivering high-quality creative outputs within 2-week sprints.Our ideal Digital Designer
You have a high standard for creative excellence. At least 3 years in a digital design role, ideally within an ad agency or an in-house design team. You have a range of creative skills, with a big plus if you are able to animate, and edit audiovisual content. Interactive display ads are your bread and butter. Expertise and affinity with display marketing is crucial, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-conversion visual content, especially in display advertising and video marketing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with a stretch into After Effects.You share our core values:
