Job Title: Communication Director at Publicis Groupe

Are you the all-around expert with agency experience, looking for an exciting challenge at a company that aims to drive business growth for renowned brands? Then the role of Communication Director at Publicis Groupe is perfect for you.

As a Communications Director, you serve as the main point of contact for our clients. You assist them in refining briefing questions, setting clear measurable goals, and ultimately providing them with high-quality communication and media advice based on input from all involved media specialists. You excel in presenting and are capable of delivering persuasive advice to our clients.

You possess authority in the media and communication field, stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, and proactively share commercial opportunities and collaboration possibilities with our clients. You are familiar with the issues and challenges facing the client, enabling you to identify areas for expanding our services further.

You act as the linchpin within the client team, directing various media specialists such as AV, SEO, and Programmatic Consultants to collaboratively develop a thorough and integrated media plan. Subsequently, you also ensure the effective implementation of this plan during its rollout, monitoring and adjusting in consultation with the client, and carefully evaluating. You oversee deadlines, budget, and the quality of our work, ensuring the seamless operation of the process within the client team.

The plans you devise are crafted in close collaboration with the Head of Strategy and Insights Consultants. Together, you ensure that all strategies, plans, and advice are always grounded in sharp insights, clarifying the contribution our work makes to the client's business objectives. You are responsible for maintaining the quality of our advice and ensuring a distinct strategic Publicis signature in your delivered work.

Qualifications

You:

  • Have a positive mindset and thrive in a team environment;
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • Have over 5 years of experience in the media industry (e.g., as a Strategy or Communications Consultant);
  • Possess excellent proficiency in Dutch and English;
  • Have expertise in process, project, and client management;
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all types of media and insight into market trends;
  • Are results-oriented, a strong communicator, analytical, customer-focused, and proactive.
