One of my customers, following their organic growth over the years, is looking to expand in Europe, and they are looking for the following:

Business Development/ Growth Director

Remote

Netherlands

This position plays a crucial role in their success. Therefore, they are looking for a candidate with a customer-oriented mindset who is passionate about delivering

Your profile:

  • The ideal candidate is customer-orientated, creates new sales leads and develops new sales channels and business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the client base, and positioning the company as a leader in these specific markets.
  • Strong industry knowledge, excellent networking abilities, and a proven track record in business development within the IT sectors are essential.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing a portfolio of new prospective Customers and business opportunities based on your market knowledge, IT industry familiarity and personal contacts.
  • They maximize brand share, drive sales, and ensure consistent brand positioning throughout the region.
  • Maintaining and nurturing firm & quality working relationships with Clients, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Identifying and communicating consumer trends, the competitive landscape, and regional growth opportunities.
  • We work closely with the Vice-President, Chief Delivery Officer and Account Management Team.

Your profile:

  • Experience in IT service sales processes - enjoying key account management, partnership development and complete sales cycle business development.
  • Excellent network in the industry, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Fluence in seeking new business segments to expand our offer to.
  • Passionate about your work, looking to maximize your impact on the company's market position and have a strong growth mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch
