About the role

As the entrepreneurial Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing marketing strategies to boost growth, attract the right customers and talent. This position offers a unique chance to establish the marketing team's core and have a significant impact on the organization's growth. Your focus will be on creating and executing innovative growth strategies in line with company objectives, managing your budget, and overseeing the initial stages of growth and team management. While leadership experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. This role will involve mentoring a junior growth marketer.

We are seeking a candidate with B2B marketing experience in a high-growth startup environment.

What you'll be responsible for

Your primary tasks will involve optimizing current growth channels, identifying new avenues for growth, and analyzing data to enhance campaign performance. Content marketing, LinkedIn, email, and event marketing will be key focus areas. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Leading lead generation efforts through various customer acquisition channels;
  • Working closely with customers to develop joint value propositions;
  • Evolving the company's brand identity;
  • Enhancing the website and product marketing;
  • Managing marketing budgets effectively;
  • Collaborating on content marketing initiatives;
  • Developing and communicating growth marketing strategies.

Your qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of growth marketing experience;
  • Background in B2B SaaS marketing;
  • Startup or scale-up environment experience;
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proactive strategic marketing approach.
