**Functie**:
Als Technology Officer ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het Software Engineering programma en is het jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de hoge kwaliteit van het programma te waarborgen en verder te verbeteren. Als technisch begeleider van de high potentials speel je een essentiële rol in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je voert regelmatig evaluatiegesprekken en ondersteunt hen bij het opstellen van hun technische leerplannen. Je bent in staat om op niveau, technisch inhoudelijk mee te praten met onze partners en ze te adviseren op het gebied van technologische en talent ontwikkeling. Samen met de business unit manager creëer je een aantal keren per jaar een op maat gemaakt programma voor een of meerdere van onze partners. Als Technology Officer ben je nauw betrokken bij het selectieproces. Hierbij wordt de technische test door jou beoordeeld en heb je een technisch intakegesprek met kandidaten. Pas als jij technisch gezien overtuigd bent wordt het talent toegevoegd aan ons high potential programma.

**Eisen**:

- In het bezit van een technische master (TU is een pre)
- 6+ jaar hands-on ervaring als software engineer / lead developer / solution architect
- 40 uur beschikbaar
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Sociaal, communicatief, gedreven en software engineer is je passie
- Je hebt zelfkennis en een hoogwaardige kwaliteit standaard

**Aanbod**:

- Een aanbod tussen € 5500- €6500 op basis van 40 uur.
