What a typical day at Krasnapolsky will entail

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will assist the Director of F&B in supervising the Food & Beverage department's operations. This position includes maintaining service excellence, managing staff, streamlining processes, and enhancing guest satisfaction across all F&B departments.

In this role, you will oversee the Food & Beverage Operation at the hotel, focusing on various outlets including Grand Café Krasnapolsky, In Room Dining, Michelin-star Restaurant The White Room, Banqueting department, breakfast venue De Wintertuin, and the Bar The Tailor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring adherence to Anantara and LQA standards throughout F&B Operations;
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance our offerings and strive to lead the market in creativity, service, choice, and value;
  • Managing Restaurants, Culinary and Catering areas to ensure a profitable operation;
  • Overseeing the performance of F&B team members, facilities, sales, and costs;
  • Maximizing product and service quality for guest satisfaction;
  • Supervising menu preparation, beverage selection, and supplier relations;
  • Cultivating positive team member relationships;
  • Developing the Food and Beverage Department budget in conjunction with the Director of F&B;
  • Building strong collaborations with team members across F&B and other hotel departments;
  • Directly reporting to the Director of F&B.
