About the Role

The Head of Sales for Northern Europe is accountable for all new business sales activities within the market area. The main focus is on developing and executing a comprehensive new business sales strategy to boost revenues and profitability in line with the Red Bee Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the new business sales strategy for Red Bee in the market area.
  • Meet the new business sales targets and manage the sales team's targets effectively.
  • Manage the sales pipeline diligently and proactively to grow opportunities.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team in the market area to ensure performance excellence.
  • Promote a learning culture for continuous improvement in customer engagement.
  • Ensure a smooth handover process for successful opportunities to operational delivery.
  • Strengthen relationships between Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Sourcing, Operations, and Commercial Management.
  • Enhance market visibility through collaborative marketing efforts at industry events and shows.

  • Be a team player and prioritize the team's needs.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in senior new business sales roles.
  • Proven track record of new business sales wins.
  • Proficiency in Dutch language required.
  • Familiarity with Red Bee's services portfolio.
