HR in ASML consists of over 600 HR professionals across the globe, supporting ASML with business partnering, expertise and people services.
Due to our organization growth we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner within the Development & Engineering (D&E) department.

Role and responsibilities

In this exciting position you will be responsible for the key activities of the Senior HRBP, and due to business needs with emphasize on the following:

Integrate business challenges and HR solutions Managing a team of HR Business Partners Coach leaders to develop high performing teams Change management Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business Drive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and guide the business to run the HR operations

Education and experience

You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.


Experience

You have at least 10+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business (in a similar company). You bring knowledge in the field of Change Management, People Performance Management, Talent Management, and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation. You have proven yourself to be a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to business leaders

Other information

This role is a full-time positions (40 hours). Working part-time could be possible in case you're available for at least 4 days a week.
