Then this internship with our McOpCo People team, responsible for 19 McDonald's restaurants in the Netherlands, might be the perfect fit for you. During your internship, you'll be involved in a variety of HR-related tasks.
Ingredients of this Role
As an intern, you'll handle various responsibilities such as managing all administrative processes related to personnel movements. You will ensure the proper execution and progress of HR processes and procedures, maintain accurate personnel records in the AFAS HR and payroll system, generate reports from the HR information system periodically or upon request, provide Payroll Administrators with timely updates for accurate payroll processing, and assist in handling sick leave notifications within the system, informing relevant managers when necessary.
Your Skills
If you are a second- or third-year HBO student in Human Resource Management, you should possess a wide range of skills and qualities. Available from September 2024 for a minimum 5-month internship, you will work four days a week. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is a must. You should be able to work independently but also collaborate well in a team. Your service-oriented mindset, planning abilities, and knack for organization make you a valuable asset. Additionally, you welcome challenging tasks and excel in nurturing relationships with colleagues and external partners. If these competencies resonate with you, you could be a great fit for our team.
