Are you interested in joining our dynamic fully-remote team at the Merit Circle DAO? We are constantly in search of new talent to join our Development team, playing a vital role in building products on, and enhancing our blockchain network, Beam, which is tailored for gamers and game developers.


Your day-to-day activities as a team-member in the Development team can include:

  • Create and implement clean, scalable code.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate technical decisions and requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to assist developers and endusers.
  • Ship code regularly via automated systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and manage partner relationships for critical services to the Engineering department.
  • Actively work with partners to deeply understand their needs in the Web3 gaming landscape.
  • Employ the Beam SDK to craft solutions tailored to the specific challenges and requirements of each partner.
  • Partner with Tier 1 clients to codevelop and integrate customized solutions into their gaming infrastructures.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure alignment of partner solutions with our overarching product strategy, incorporating client feedback and insights.
  • Facilitate the sharing of insights and learnings between partners and internal teams, contributing to the evolution of the Beam SDK and its integration capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a development position, preferably within a web3 gaming organization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear and effective communication.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with game development processes and the ability to integrate web3 solutions seamlessly into gaming environments.
  • Experience with SDKs and API integration, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, everevolving industry and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web3 and gaming.
