Beschrijving Jij bent klaar voor de volgende uitdaging. Omdat Van der Valk Hotel Haarlem zo groot is, kunnen we uitdagende evenementen organiseren. Samen met je drie Sales collega's ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de verhuur van zalen, maar ook voor kamergroepen. Jullie werken hard om alle aanvragen efficient te behandelen en nog meer te verkopen. Alles noteren en communiceren jullie zorgvuldig zodat andere afdelingen precies weten waar ze op kunnen rekenen. Zo bewaren jullie het overzicht over alle toekomstige evenementen in ons hotel. Je hebt dagelijks contact met de General Manager om grote aanvragen en speciale verzoeken te overleggen. Bij een groot evenement werk je ook buiten kantoortijden, zodat de communicatie vloeiend verloopt. Zo zorg jij er als doelbewuste Sales Executive mede voor dat het onze gasten aan niets ontbreekt:

efficient behandelen van aanvragenrondleiden van gastenvoeren van verkoopgesprekkenvlot en zorgvuldig facturerenhelder communiceren met andere afdelingenonderhouden van duurzame relaties met grote boekersverbeteren van onze online zichtbaarheid

functiegroep 5: een salaris van €2500 bruto per maand (€2310 per vier weken)voordelige overnachtingen: voor €75 per nacht in onze eigen hotels.25 vakantiedagen: voor de broodnodige ontspanning.8% vakantiegeld: om leuke dingen te doen.doorgroeimogelijkheden: the sky is jouw veel kortingen: van kleding tot vakanties en van brandstof tot uitjes, via ons benefits-programma.

Van der Valk Hotel Haarlem is een groot compleet gerenoveerd viersterrenhotel aan de rand van het mooie Haarlem. Ons hotel beschikt over 315 kamers en suites, een restaurant met terras met ruim 378 zitplaatsen en een schitterende hotelbar en terras. We hebben 20 multifunctionele zalen, verdeeld over 2 etages, met twee break-out ruimtes en zelfs een half open keuken.
