Job Description:
  • Facilitate smooth operations and contribute to an optimal research and education environment.
  • Act as the right-hand person to the department's leaders.
  • Coordinate decision-making processes and prepare meetings.
  • Manage the department's budget and financial operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments both within and outside the organization.
Requirements:
  • Analytical, proactive, and organized with a strong conceptual understanding.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a research and education setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Experience in leadership is a plus.
