• Deploying machine learning models into production in collaboration with fellow ML engineers
• Building and managing automated pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and implementation
• Proactively overseeing and optimizing model performance, scaling, and retraining as necessary
• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML applications
• Ongoing enhancement of model implementation and monitoring processes
• Ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards across all ML operations
• Tackling issues related to model implementation and infrastructure

• Hold a university degree (MSc) or applied university/college degree (HBO/BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Security, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in MLOps or a comparable role
• Proficiency with MLOps stack (e.g., MLFlow, Airflow, Evidently)
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and cloud-agnostic principles
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Security-oriented mindset
• Currently residing in the Netherlands or open to relocating, committing to at least 2 days a week at the Enschede office
