As the first and last point of contact, you'll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information, and manage administrative tasks.

Working day, evening, and night shifts, you create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests' expectations are exceeded.

  • Handling administrative tasks seamlessly throughout your shift
  • Record and action guest feedback to achieve memorable experiences
  • Providing a 'wow' factor with a sparkling personality
  • We are looking for:
  • Someone who has previous hotel Front Office experience
  • Is comfortable with flexible shifts; throughout the week and weekend
  • Has exceptional communication skills in English
  • Is able to handle guest requests and complains personally
