BeBee Professionals is looking for a Support Analyst to join our team in Apeldoorn.

The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.

The Support Analyst will be expected to:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer accounts and provide support as needed
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
