Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten van jouw filiaal. Je weet op de juiste manier het Profuomo concept te vertalen naar de winkelvloer. Je geeft leiding aan een klein team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie, planning en presentatie van de collectie. Als eindverantwoordelijke op de winkelvloer geef jij natuurlijk het juiste voorbeeld als echte sales topper.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leidinggeven en coachen van jouw sales team op het filiaal
- Je analyseert KPI's en vertaalt deze naar een plan voor op de winkelvloer
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten op het filiaal, voor de administratie, planning van het personeel en de presentatie van de collectie in de store
