We are in search of a Principal Consultant specializing in Underground and Submarine Power Cables .

If you are a proactive team player with leadership abilities and possess a deep understanding of the latest advancements in power cables, failure mechanisms, international standards, and strategies to enhance the reliability of power cable systems, then this role could be for you.

Join our Power Cables Team to collaborate with colleagues and assist clients in establishing sustainable and top-notch cable systems.

The projects you'll handle cater to electrical asset owners, project developers, manufacturers, insurers, and other stakeholders involved in high-voltage AC or DC power cable systems.

As the electric grid undergoes significant transformations in the forthcoming years , a Principal Consultant at our company leads a team of cable experts and drives growth within the Power Cable cluster .

Your role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring team members deliver within deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards, creating a positive team environment, and supporting the professional development of team members.

For this position, we seek a Principal Consultant who is a business-focused team leader, actively contributing to projects and team success .

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organizing multiple projects with your team while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets;
  • Coordinating work resources with other Team Leads and Department Heads;
  • Promoting and monitoring team performance to meet the required standards;
  • Fostering a positive team spirit and conducive working atmosphere;
  • Managing team performance and goal setting;
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth;
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management within the team.

Desired qualifications for this role include experience in Power Cables consultancy , strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to handle complex technical issues, and a willingness to occasionally travel.
