Functieomschrijving
Als Expert binnen het team Workplace Management aan de TU/e draag je zorg voor processen en activiteiten rond licentiemanagement ten behoeve van software binnen de universiteit. Tevens zijn Incident- en Lifecycle management van aanwezige licenties en contractverlengingen een onderdeel hiervan. Je brengt licentiegebruik in beeld en zet passende acties hierop uit. Daarnaast activeer je nieuwe licenties en zorg je ervoor dat de licentieserver up-to-date is en blijft.

Werkzaamheden
Samenwerken met contractmanagement om licentieverlengingen tijdig te realiseren. Beschikbaar stellen software voor collega's en studenten. Beschikbaar stellen licenties, centraal en decentraal (stukslicenties). Beschikbaar stellen instructies voor collega's en studenten. Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden. Beheren technische licentie omgeving gebaseerd op Windows Server. Contact met externe software en licentie-leveranciers.Job requirements

Je hebt MBO+/ HBO werk- en denkniveau. Je hebt kennis van Windows Server en Intune. Je hebt kennis van applicatie packaging en software distributie. Je hebt kennis van Powershell om werkzaamheden te automatiseren. Je hebt ervaring met het onderhouden van digitale werkplekken. Je hebt ervaring met ITIL en Agile methodiek. Je hebt basiskennis van netwerken. Communicatief en Analytisch sterk en bezit probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Leergierig en gericht op kennisdeling. Je bent een teamspeler, die graag samenwerkt met collega's en je bent een verbinder tussen techniek en service.
