About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a key member of our Packaging Department. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Packaging Coordinators and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with Group Leaders to guide, assist, and mentor team members in various aspects, including onboarding, well-being, training, development, talent management, ambition, and succession planning.
  • Technical Expertise: Discuss technical issues with project engineers and coordinators to ensure that engineers adhere to established ways of working and best practices.
  • Team Planning: Take responsibility for creating and maintaining the team plan/resource plan (packaging) and review it with junior project leads.
  • Process Improvement: Facilitate the integration of team members into relevant Design & Engineering processes and ensure that processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support to Group Leader: Provide support to the Group Leader in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical product documentation to ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Lead position, 8+ years of total work experience.
  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field.
  • Skills: Experience in coaching, guiding teams, mentoring, technical background, preferably combined with packaging, knowledge of project planning, mechanics, safety, and logistics.
